We'll provide simple instructions for securely sharing your photos, videos, and other memories with us. You don't need to have everything perfectly organized—we'll help guide you through the process.
2. How many photos and videos can I include?
The number depends on the Memory Film you choose. Each film package includes a set amount, and additional photos or video clips may be added when appropriate.
Film length varies depending on the type of film, the amount of content provided, and the story being told. We'll help you choose the option that best fits your memories.
3. How long will my Memory Film be?
4. Can I request changes to my film?
Yes. Your package includes a specified number of revisions so you'll have an opportunity to review your film and request changes before final approval.
5. Can I receive my film on DVD or a flash drive?
Yes. Your finished film is available digitally, with DVD and personalized flash-drive options available for an additional cost.
